With each smoke, I get a little buzz. Afterwards, my mouth taste like something nasty. I had not considered the arrival of draining from my sinuses and the sluggishness. I think I will look at all that is happening as an education experience. I know it felt good not to give away $5 for another pack of chosen misery, this morning.
Do I demand everyone stop smoking, as I am working through? NO. We still have the right to choose. If someone chooses to smoke, then smoke away. When I reach the point I don’t want to smell it; I’ll stand, sit or go someplace else and pray for their success. By the way, (their success), is whatever they are trying to accomplish by smoking. We all do what we do because it is intended to accomplish something, good or bad.
Stop Smoking Day 2 is time to clean the ashtrays.
