In view of the offers from countries all over the world wanting to assist in the spill cleanup, the President of the United States has ignored and rejected offers. As more oil reaches sandy beaches and wet lands, success of the Obama administration is being thought upon with one huge question; Is Obama a failure?
Describing Obama’s Presidency as a success would require determining and defining what the ultimate objective is. All of American and the world heard Barack Hussein Obama repeat the Presidential Oath of Office and understood he swore to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States and its citizens from enemies foreign and domestic. Clearly heard also was his misstating of the Oath, and a claim to his nervousness for the mistake.
Any American would be nervous standing before the world, to be sworn in as the new President of the United States, but was his failure to repeat the Oath of Office correctly and clearly a precursor to what was to come? Many would say, yes. But, they would be wrong. Nervousness could cause stumbling of words. This happens to people in normal situations all the time, but what could have been another reason?
Envisioning success of a different kind
The presidential campaign of Barack Hussein Obama was impressive in its execution and flair. Protected by the major media, with the exception of Fox News, little was said or investigated concerning the young junior Senator from Illinois. NBC, CBS, and CNN chose to find nothing negative to shine their investigative lights upon.
Broadcast after broadcast praised everything, real and imagined, about the young “African American” Junior Senator from Illinois. In his speeches and talks, hundreds and thousands gazed in awe, fainted, or cried with joy from his presence and spoken words. Minorities saw Obama as their answer for injustices they’d suffered. Media saw him as the answer to “evil conservatives”.
Gays, Lesbians and transgender types believed he would make their choices of lifestyle accepted universally without challenge. Barack Hussein Obama was seen as all things to all people oppressed by their choices or someone else, but did they listen to his words and think about the real meanings?
After President Obama promised to make changes, without explanation, America without understanding his meaning of “Fundamental Change”, is changing.
Barack Hussein Obama the candidate promised “fundamental change” among other things. NBC, CBS and CNN did not question his meaning. Nor did they question his qualifications. They did not demand or report in-depth investigations as to his actions, attitudes and past, as they had done to Sara Palin, the Republican Vice- Presidential Candidate.
Major Media did not report investigating, or vetting, the man who would become President of the United States. He was simply given their stamp of approval. He was protected by the most of major media and those in control.
Fox News, on the other hand, asked the unpleasant and unglamorous questions. Talk radio, both daytime and nighttime, asked questions and discussed alleged cover-ups related to the Man Who Would Become President. Discussions maintained a steady drum beat about Obama and the Democrat Parties march to socialism.
Analysis of his speeches began to be discussed. “Fundamental Change” sought definition and explanation. None was to be found among NBC, ABC and CNN. Liberal talk shows praised the liberal candidate Barack Hussein Obama as being the “cure-all” for what afflicted America under George W. Bush. But, they seldom, if ever asked “What Does Fundamental Change Mean”, or anything else he said?
Examining “Fundamental Change”
The question, “Is Obama a Failure”, can best be answered by understanding his Political Progressives idea of “Fundamental Change”. One of the few things that can be counted on in life is change. However, fundamental change invites unanticipated and extreme difficulties. These difficulties are exasperating if the definition of the word fundamental is not understood.
The definition of fundamental, as defined in the 1957 Webster New World Dictionary states 1. a principle, theory, law, etc. serving as a basis; essential part.
Based on the 1957 definition; candidate Obama told America his objective was to change principles, change laws and impose or remove theories in government and America. Based on actions taken since his inauguration, he and the Democrat controlled congress have done just that. What does not fit their agenda has been ignored or violated, including the Constitution of the United States.
Obama’s true success
President Barack Hussein Obama has not been a failure. He in fact has had ever increasing success. Because of his policies and Congressional support, the U.S.A. is no longer the number 1 global power for justice and honesty. The United States is no longer respected at the level of former President George W. Bush, but shoulders a much lower standing. In addition, over 7 million jobs have disappeared from the United States under his leadership. When destroying a country, accomplishments of this magnitude can hardly be called a failure, but shouldn’t they at least be a good beginning for impeachment?
Fundamentally, as a president loving the United States of America, President Barack Hussein Obama would be an abject failure. But, as a communist put in office to destroy America and bring it in line with the dreariest, socially depressed and unfit to be the candle of hope for the world; Barack Hussein Obama is accomplishing his mission as he promised.
America is truly powerful and resilient. In the past, challenges have been met head on and will also be met in the future, if the people understand the threat. Understanding the threat is what liberalism tries to keep out of sight of a determined electorate. Will the oil spill be stopped soon? Not likely; because it serves a purpose and helps meet an objective. That objective is not in the best interest of the United States of America.
