Once upon a time, which seems so long ago American born citizens regardless of race, creed or religion had the same rights and the Constitution was a one size fit all document of extreme value, written for the people; by the people.
The Constitution was written for the people of the United States so they may keep control of their government disallowing said government to grow beyond control and wage against the people. The most important documents ever penned; second to the Holy Bible, The U.S. Constitution, The Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence where signed, sealed and delivered by the Forefathers in order to establish a more perfect Union for all.
Fewer and fewer people understand the importance of those sacred documents and claim them to be obsolete, old laws that does not fit in too present day society. Where did that idea come from??
When did the country become a Democracy rather than remaining a Republic as was established by the Forefathers? It is difficult to establish a distinct time of change. It could have been in the ‘20’s when people were allowed voting rights, or in the‘60’s when women and Blacks were permitted to vote, or it could under all possibilities never
experienced the change of names.
There is a distinct difference between a Republic and a Democracy.
A Democracy is a government of masses. Mobocracy triumphs and can be well-defined as political Mob controlled. In a Democracy there is no protection against unlimited power of the majority.
A Republic allows the majority to rule according to the law. The Republic controls the majority to protect the individual God given unalienable rights for liberties for all people regardless of race, creed or religion.
A Direct quote from the Declaration of Independence:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…That whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute New government.
Did neglect befall Americans, for which the Declaration of Independence was written when Corporations, Big Pharm, Politicians, Unions and the unlearned governed decided to sidestep the age old laws for the land and become a Democracy rather than abide by the Republic of which our Forefathers intended?
The Republic was not intended to escort entitlements to laziness and lack of interest toward the country. The Democracy, on the other hand attributes to lackadaisical behaviors by “buying” individuals with said entitlements; creating a Nanny State, a state of dependence on the government.
A Republic will ensure the safety of occupants within their greatest efforts; will follow expressly the written Constitutional rights of the people. While a Democracy on the other hand, will abolish all rights of the people by sheer governmental control.
A prime example of a Democracy is Affordable Health Care Act. The
bill, which the government knew to be a debacle, thus Nancy Pelosi made her
infamous remark, “pass it first and read it later.” That bill was passed against the majority’s wishes in the middle of the night when most citizens of the U. S. were sleeping. Is it not common that the majority of crimes are committed in the stillness of the darkened night when people are sleeping and unaware? That is Mob mentality. That is the mentality of a Democracy.
The Forefathers established a Republic and constrained that name to be altered, yet somewhere, and at some time, a Socialist agenda slipped in like a thief in the night and elected to change the Republic to the Democracy…howbeit not officially…many believe and refer to the country as a Democracy. We Americans have become much to undemonstrative, which unenviably has allowed the government to take control. Rather than standing guard and protecting our Constitutional rights, we have fallen asunder to the government thus accepting their un-Constitutional laws under a mob controlled Democracy which should be unacceptable to We The People.
We have absolutely become the suffering while the evils are unbearable, yet we hesitate to manage those in control. When did Americans become the indefensible, greedy country we are today? When did we become entranced with the government to the point we allowed them to bypass all Constitutional rights thus allotting them the distinct freedom to control our lives per disrupting our privacy, our healthcare and our liberties? In opinion only, it most assuredly happened when our Republic became a Socialist, Marxism, Communist, and Fascism agenda, which can only breed under a Democracy which obliterates any and all unalienable rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
